Designing the connected home experiences at ecobee—

Crafting clarity, confidence, and control across hardware, mobile, and platform systems.

I design connected home experiences at ecobee, working across thermostat hardware, mobile, and platform-level systems. My role has evolved from hands-on product designer, to acting design lead for two business units (Energy and Platform), shaping large-scale product vision while staying deeply focused on creating the best possible experience for our users.

My work focuses on translating complex home energy management concepts into experiences that feel approachable, intuitive, and dependable. Whether designing on the physical interface, mobile, or a cross-surface system, my goal remains the same: reduce friction, increase clarity, and help people feel confident in how their home works.
